Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Any product purchased from us can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided it has not been significantly used.

While we’re happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges or cover return shipping fees. If you would like to return a product, please send the order back to:

As soon as we receive it, we will contact you to go ahead with the refund or exchange. If you still have the original shipping box, you can ask USPS to ‘return to sender’ so you aren’t charged shipping costs.

Please note: Allpa Botanicals is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Allpa Botanicals does not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages. Packages that are lost or stolen, once marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier, are not eligible for replacement by the company.
