"I bought the Tea Tree face oil because I needed something else to get free shipping and I swear it changed my life. I'm nearly 30 and still dealing with acne like I'm 15, but I've been using this face oil instead of moisturizer at night and I think I've gotten 2 pimples in a month (instead of the usual 3 a week). I love it!"— Linda M.
"I was very skeptical as someone who has had acne since a teenager and has bought virtually every product on the market for acne, remember Proactive yeah, since then. Nothing has ever really worked for me but I used the tea tree oil two days in a row and my skin has been clearer than ever week!"— Kiana R.
"This oil has been a great product to use. It leaves my face feeling balanced, soft and glowy. I use it about twice a day and have been doing that for over a year now."— Binta K.
"I'm the type of person that hides when I break out. But this product helps diminish the breakout and keep the pimples under control. I don't use this daily but when I feel a break out coming on or when I have the occasional pimple."— Cara C.
"I love how it speeds up healing when I get breakouts. It isn't too thick and absorbs nicely into the skin."— Danielle S.
If breakouts are a constant battle, tea tree might be worth a serious look. It contains terpinen-4-ol, a naturally occurring compound known for its cleansing properties. A study published in the Medical Journal of Australia (Bassett et al., 1990) found that tea tree performed comparably to benzoyl peroxide for blemish-prone skin, with fewer side effects like dryness and irritation. Your skin looks clearer without being stripped.
Putting oil on oily skin sounds wrong. But maracuja oil is naturally rich in linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid that absorbs fast without sitting on top of your skin. Sacha inchi adds omega-3s and naturally occurring vitamin E. The result feels balanced and soft, not shiny or heavy. Customers with oily skin say it actually helps their skin look more balanced.
Pure tea tree oil needs to be diluted before it touches your skin. Most people know that but don't want to deal with measuring ratios and sourcing carrier oils. This blend comes pre-diluted to a skin-safe concentration in maracuja, castor, and sacha inchi. You skip the guesswork and get straight to using it. Two to three drops is all you need.
Tea tree isn't a trend. A comprehensive review in Clinical Microbiology Reviews (Carson, Hammer, and Riley, 2006) confirmed its natural cleansing properties, with terpinen-4-ol identified as the primary active compound. A separate review in the International Journal of Antimicrobial Agents (Hammer, 2015) found tea tree oil products support clear, healthy-looking skin with good tolerability. Real ingredients you can read. No synthetic fragrances.
Start with clean, dry skin. Pat your face dry after washing so the oil absorbs evenly.
Place 2-3 drops on your fingertips. That's all you need for your whole face.
Press and pat the oil across your face and jawline. You'll notice a fresh, herbal tea tree scent as it absorbs.
Give it about 30 seconds to sink in fully. Your skin should feel soft and balanced, not slick or heavy.
