As soon as we receive it, we will contact you to go ahead with the refund or exchange. If you still have the original shipping box, you can ask USPS to ‘return to sender’ so you aren’t charged shipping costs.

Packages that are lost or stolen, once marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier, are not eligible for replacement by the company.
